This week, we had an amazing dinner double-up that I don’t want to forget. On the first night, we made this amazing recipe.
I had previously tried a different pita recipe, but this one really fluffed up better to make more expansive pockets. We served it with homemade harissa, lettuce with lime squeezed over it, peppers and cucumbers. And, of course, the cilantro-cashew sauce!
